The staff was good and everything but my room wasn’t ready by the time I made it for check in, and I got a lower grade room and after I got offered to get waiver all the days for valet, they gave me the downgrade and said I had to pay 2 instead

Our room was next to the staff lifts and there was a constant noise from the lifts being used all day until 12 at night. And I was charged Destination fees and was only told 1 day before check in. Attitude of staff members are terrible and they dont care about helping.
