There was a note on the front desk when I arrived that said they will be back at 7:25 pm. I had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk agent to return from her lunch break. The hotel smells bad and my room was even worse. Felt like a cheap motel.

The bed had dead bugs in it, the sheets were stained, and there was dust all over the headboard. In general, the room was dark, dingy, and dirty.

Nice room with a little balcony. Great location for a work trip to Beverly Hills. You can hear noise from other rooms so consider ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

There was only one staff person doing multiple tasks.Room was not ready to occupy by 3:00pm.In the room the Air conditioner didnā€™t work properly,so room temperature stayed at 79 degrees.There was no technician on duty to fix it , so I had to leave shortly after check in.This is not a way to run a hotel.

The staff was friendly, great location. Only negatives was the elevator was extremely slow and the drain in the shower wouldnā€™t drain fast enough. Showered in about 2ā€ of water on my feet.

I will start with the positive as the location was superb. It was convenient to pretty much everything Beverly Hills that was walkable. The initial check in was ok. I wanted to split the costs with 2 cards and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Ok, nevermind, I will put it all on one. Next, parking... you would have thought I was going through drills in high-school. But I finally got the key card to park. WARNING... FLAT RATE ACROSS THE STREET IS $30 PER DAY, THE HOTEL CHARGED ME $40 PER DAY! The room itself was ok, but the halls were overwhelming smelly with whatever their deoderizer was... it was suffocating and awful. And no coffee in the room. But the desk was quick to offer to make you a cup for $6. No thanks! No micro in the rooms. The fridge barely worked. Overall, I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend.

The Toilet broke and was fixed the next day. Kind of unpleasant, the refrigerator broke and was also fixed the next day. No coffee maker in the room=$6 in the lobby. The slowest elevator in the world. People asked if it was broken. The balcony had no furniture. Good location, low price. Nice people at the desk.
