The house and yard were very clean and well-kept. The furniture was comfortable (except the beds, which were very firm and the master bed uneven), and there was plenty of room to spread out. The decorations were cute, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Aside from the uncomfortable beds, our biggest disappointment was the inadequate air conditioning. We were visiting over an unusually hot spring break (90s) and the small units in the bedrooms were barely strong enough to cool the areas, especially since the host required us to turn them off every time we left the house. It was difficult to sleep in rooms that didn't cool off until several hours after the sun went down. There were no air conditioning units in the other rooms of the house, which, unfortunately, made it difficult to spend time in those rooms. We spent much of our time on the patio to get the breeze. Beautiful backyard by the way!The neighborhood itself was lovely, but the surrounding areas outside that were a bit sketchy. I do not advise trying to eat at any location nearby - we had a couple of "interesting" encounters. The Ralph's grocery store was good, though!
