The ac and fridge are on a movement sensor so if you aren’t in the room they won’t stay on and the fridge doesn’t chill very well at all. The bed is a little more firm than I like but the bathroom and shower are super cool and the room isn’t bad at all. Especially for the price point and location.

The room was not completed. Some parts were still in maintenance. There was no bathroom door that was a let down. Nice view and close to downtown attractions and restaurants

Virtual check-in was strange. I had to wait until a specific time to be messaged a code for the room, yet someone who didn't do virtual was able to check in and go right up. The price was exceptionally good, room was no-frills which is fine and being an old, art deco building, the walls are thick and it was very quiet. I did not access the rooftop pool/bar area as this location seems to cater to a younger crowd. This part of downtown LA is full of wonderful old architecture and convenient to mass transit options, but dining options are very limited. I would stay here again if I had to attend a function in this part of the city.

We Make reservation for 2 nights we stay only one and we have to move to other place , Bed super uncomfortable and outside my door was a lot of noise but strong noise working in elevator using hammers and drills etc ,

Big fan of the architecture and decor of the interior of the building. At the time of arrival one of the elevators was out of operation (which we were notified of via text and email). When we returned for the day the second elevator for guests was not operational, and remained as such at our check out the next morning. The room was clean and tidy, we received lovely sheet masks for free. The shower continued to drip water throughout the night despite turning the knob completely off. I liked that the building was pin entry only, gave a greater sense of secuirty for the stay.
