Unclean, no A/C, no driveway parking

I was looking forward to a budget stay for a weekend adventure but ended up with a place that hadn't been vacuumed, no A/C, and several roach sightings throughout the place. The knobs for the bathtub were coming out of their mounts and there was constant loud neighborhood music and racket. On top of the a/c not working, the air filter next to the thermostat appears to have not been changed in a very long time. (See pictures)Also, I found a old container of McDonald's fries between the couches which was a bit of a surprise. However there were some water bottles in the fridge and the sheets/towels were clean. There are motivational bits of decor throughout the place and it would be very nice if it was just clean and in good repair. Unfortunately I can not recommend it at the time of my stay.

Just what we needed

This property was exactly what we needed for our family as it wasn't too far from USC campus and it was clean and well maintained. What we especially liked were the prompt responses from the owner/manager with any questions that we had. Definitely would stay again!
