Clean room, professional staff. My only recommendation would be to put shelves by the showers in the men’s bathroom, it’s kind of difficult to take a shower when you have nowhere to set your stuff and who wants to walk through a building with 100 different people butt naked. There was only one hook next to the shower that worked the rest of them didn’t work. There was cubbies in the bathroom, but they’re not next to the shower so you would have to walk out of the shower into the public bathroom but naked. Luckily the one hook was able to hold my towel.

I had a valid reservation, but one of your employees—a Black man working at the entrance/front desk—did not allow me to enter. He insulted me using very inappropriate language and even threw away my Green Card. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. No guest should ever be treated in such a disrespectful way. I ask that you take this matter seriously and review this employee’s actions. People with such behavior should not be working in customer service or representing your hotel. Please investigate this incident and let me know what steps will be taken to address it.

This was my first time staying at a hostel. I was nervous at first but after seeing a YouTube tour of the place, I felt much better. In person it was so cool! I met people from all over the world, everyone was super nice. Everything was very clean, housekeeping was ON it. When I made my booking I chose a mixed gender room bc I think that was the only option left but when I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I wanted to do an all female room and of course I said yes - I was very relieved and happy he was nice enough to do that for me. The only reason I gave "Area around the property" 4 stars is bc I got catcalled by a group of guys in the parking lot behind the hostel. Hollywood can be sketchy just be aware of your surroundings! Everything was fine though, there's many tourists around.
