Not what I expected from a Sheraton. Stayed here for a night before our flight. The room was ok but it was a bit noisy, and no room service (which after getting off a flight we would have preferred).we lugged down to the bar down stairs for food, it was ok but noisy. I've stayed in other hotels near LAX, and this isn't the best, it felt more three Star than four.

The checkin staff were really disinterested in helping anyone. Dismissive adn bordering agressive. The facilities are old and and in need of refurbishment. The room was not really clean.
