Kicked me out of the pool when there was time and I’m not sure why I asked what his name was and he didn’t want to give it to me. he said he was part of security. again this was my second time booking and not sure what was different this time.

It would be beneficial to have a hotel side n a residential side rather than have it integrated. Our neighbor had a large barking dog that didn’t stop the whole time we were there n could barely enjoy the patio area n views at night. We didn’t have all the amenities as we should have and calling to the front desk was a pain during certain times of the day. It would immediately go busy unless we called from a cellphone. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Front desk was nice. The view was amazing at night I will say that. Stayed on the 18th floor.
