The check-in and check-out process was quick and somewhat welcoming. However, problems arose once we entered the room. We noticed roaches crawling around the refrigerator. Additionally, there was a strong odor coming from the vents, which seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. While there were extra sheets and blankets in the closet, we decided to change the sheets on the bed and placed the used ones by the door, hoping housekeeping would come by to collect them. Unfortunately, housekeeping never stopped by during the two days we stayed, and the sheets remained by the door the entire time. On the second day, we finally saw housekeeping, but they still did not come to our room. Another issue was with the microwaves, which are located in the ice room. While this isn't inherently a problem, when I went to warm up my food, one of the microwaves was missing. This forced me to go to another floor just to use a different microwave. To top it all off, when we tried to call the front desk for assistance, no one answered.
