The staff was courteous and prompt. I was bery impressed with the sanitary conditions of the room. Care was taken to keep the toilet/ bidet and TV remote control clean and covered. Sheets were clean and the room was comfortable. There was a nice dining area but we didn’t use, but there was a lot of restaurants nearby. They even had a small convenience store with necessities including some alcoholic beverages for sale. The only “complaints” I would have are that there was limited parking, sometimes you could hear footsteps above and once the hot water rsn cold in the shower. We stayed at the Redac for a week and found the location easily accessible to airport, and all conveniences. I would say this is a low budget-5 star hotel.😀

This is a no frills hotel in a convenient location - close to shopping and restaurants. It sits on Western Avenue which is busy both day and night but didn't bother us.The bathroom floors in at least 2 of the rooms are in need of immediate repair due to water damage.

Perfectly Excellwnt.

We stay here at the Redak Gateway a couple of times a month when visiting my spouses son. We all love the rooms and service here in the hotel. It’s very clean, comfortable, and within our budget. The hotel staff if very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel for business or family pleasure.
