Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Return I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like it was just one thing after another with this stay. We had a group of about five rooms for the weekend, and none of our rooms were ever cleaned from Friday through Monday — no fresh towels or housekeeping at all. The hotel itself wasn’t dirty, just poorly managed. There’s no breakfast on weekends, and when we tried to get breakfast Monday morning, it was $17 per person for a basic hotel buffet — so we went out instead. In my room, most of the outlets didn’t work, and the only one that did was hanging out of the wall. No complimentary water either. We requested to be on the same floor as our group, which didn’t happen — not a big deal, but still disappointing. The pillows weren’t great, but that’s minor compared to the rest. To top it off, there was a billing issue. I booked the room under my name but didn’t have my card at check-in, so my fiancé used his. They ended up charging both of our cards for the same room, which I now have to get fixed. Overall, the stay was underwhelming. Between the lack of housekeeping, poor service, and billing mistake, I wouldn’t stay here again.

A 5 minute shower turns into a 25 minute shower because this hotel has water savers and NO WATER PRESSURE. The internet is very poor and has been for the 4 years I have going to this hotel. The bathroom light was blow out and the Maintainance worker ( the guy in the nitted cap that walks around the hotel on his phone all the time ) replaced the light bulb with a 5 watt bulb because that is all he had and he told me that all I need. REALLY. This is a guy I have seen sleeping in his car from time to time. It really is the time to get a new IT Tech to fix the internet system, but I have only been going to this hotel for 4 years. As for the front check in desk, these people work very hard and do very well at their job - thank you

There was just so many small details that made it add up to make it so noticeable. For example walking in at first the place was somewhat humid. Then the walkway you could notice plenty of holes alongside the walls. Floors inside the hotel room looked somewhat dirty (not sure if it was dirty or just due to wear). I will say the sheets and beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom you could notice certain areas having mold grow from it. The bottle of lotion was empty. The toilet was cool I guess, it had a seat warmer so that’s cool! But yeah overall so many small details that threw off the overall environment.
