This small hotel is a great value for money, and run by people who are sincerely hospitable and helpful. The building is old, as was our room, but our newly remodelled marble/glass bathroom was very nice. The bed was fine. The only way to charge devices is wall outlets. Mini-frig, microwave, and hanging space for clothes are all OK. It is well located for visiting our friends who live in Studio City.

Toe nails on floor, popcorn ceilings, shower temps were switched, floor felt like it was going to fall apart, bed was an old spring mattress that almost required an in house chiropractor, water leak in tub, was told to not go into the kitchen. Otherwise very spacious.

A great very reasonably priced choice for someone who needs a place to stay for a night or 2 in LA/Studio City area! Very convenient (lots of restaurants and shops nearby, including a cute strip mall with breakfast options, coffee shop, and boutique gyms right across the street), and the rooms are spacious and tidy. This is my new go-to hotel for a quick work trip in LA!

The room was incredibly dirty and had a terrible smell I had to spray my cologne to temporarily get rid of it. The floors were sticky. It was constantly noisy and I could hear all the footsteps outside and above me. No way I could actually spend a decent night here. There were ants in the shower and mold around the ceiling. I stayed for an hour & a half until I couldn’t take it anymore. Front desk didn’t offer to change my room or provide a refund- that would need to be done thru Expedia. Incredibly disappointed and upset the price for the room does not reflect its quality.

This is one of the worst “hotel” that we ever stayed at. It should be considered as an 1 star MOTEL. The room is super old looking and not comfortable at all. We stayed in the 1st Floor Room with 3 Beds. The beds are big but the linens are so old and smell. The bathroom is the worse. The doors on the cabinets are broken and can’t stay closed. The shower head won’t completely shut off the water and water drips 24/7. The dirty old closet look like something from the horror movie or at the dumpster. Free breakfast consists of awful muffins and hard cupcakes with Yogurts. The whole family was so grossed out of the room that we tried to stay out of the hotel room as much as possible. We are dramatized of this rundown motel based on how old looking, moldy smell, broken cabinets and shower and completely ruined interior of the room. Do NOT stay at this hotel because it will ruined your vacation mode. You will feel like you’re staying at the dumpster.

First of all, I want you to know I am a pretty easy-going person when it comes to hotels. As long as I feel safe and clean, I’m fine. The good: The price A safe in the room Good Wi-Fi (I had a Zoom meeting and had good reception) The bed was comfy The bad: The room had a pervasive mildew smell The floor is terrible…laminate faux wood panels, many of them broken or containing holes. I scratched my feet on sharp edges before I realized I’d have to at least wear socks all the time. It also feels spongy and not secure. A couple of small cockroaches made an appearance, and my guess is they came in through the holes in the floor. The refrigerator froze everything I put in there, and there was no way to change the temperature setting. If they replaced/fixed the floor and replaced the frig, it would be pretty good value for the price.

The value is good for the location and what it included. I did not like the staff so much because they were not as professional and I would expect them to be. The free breakfast is just pastries, yogurt and coffee. But, the WORST THING leaving your room at 7am in the morning to get coffee and having a pot smoker three feet from your room when I have breathing issues and highly allergic to smoke and pot smell. HORRIBLE. I would not stay here anymore. The employees claimed that pot smokers are allowed to smoke in the patio and wanted to lecture me on how this is legal. It might be legal, but I am never staying at a place that allows smoking--- even pot smoking. What about the right of every person to not be exposed to second-hand toxic smoke? Whose right's are more important?
