Good location, but hotel definitely needs some TLC. Tile in the bathroom floor was cracked and shaking. There was a crack in the ceiling in the room as well, was missing a huge amount of plaster, I assume from the rain. Floor was dirty. Housekeeper ignored the Do not disturb sign and cleaned our room anyways.

It was the best experience I paid for rooms for grandkids and parent They had no problems being welcomed. I appreciated that very much. Nobody goes looking for problems and at this place their were absolutely none clean rooms quiet safe place. Loved it!

Staff was extremely rude, went to get a bagel in the morning and was refused because they were starting to clean up. We just wanted to bring it to the room and was told no. The door to our room was impossible to get into. Literally took us about 20 tries to get the key to work. Parking is terrible very tight squeeze so if you have a lifted truck or anything big like that good luck.
