Hotel and Casino nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room climate was very consistent and easily adjusted. Hotel restaurant had really good food both for breakfast and dinner. Valet parking was very fast and efficient for getting your vehicle. Very easy to text for car being brought out in front. Really smooth drop off.

Everyone in the front desk was super friendly and helpful but security is a different story. We stay here frequently and it’s always the same thing with the security team. My partner always gets racially profiled. They ask for ID when we are leaving the lobby, announce his description through the walkie talkie to keep an eye out for him making obvious and loud to the point we can hear them. People in front of us get to pass by with no ID checks or bag inspections but as soon as they see him they want to check his bag. This is not the first time it has happened. It’s very disappointing because we stopped booking for this same reason. We decided to give it another shot and the same thing happened again. We are paying for our stay just like the rest of the guests.
