I tried checking in upon arrival and was told no twice. After returning later that day, my room had been given away! Staff tried to tell me “oh well it was my fault!!??” 1st of all they overlooked the hotel! 2nd staff handled situation unprofessionally. 3rd NO manager, NO MOD??? I know for sure this is NOT Hilton standards💯 . To treat a guest with such disrespect is shameful for hospitality!General Manger should be ashamed to have such unprofessional staff and service. I ask for a call from management for 2 days nothing. Whoever is the management company should definitely reconsider the leadership at this establishment. There was also a party going just steps from my room with a DJ. We have small children and just common courtesy for all guest is not at the top of this property’s list. Front desk agents Chris, Mellissa and Sup Francisco are not conducive to operations . They were horrible in customer service and customer resolution. They ruined the WHOLE trip. Inconvenience is an understatement!!!! This property brings shame to Hilton’s brand standards, shame!
