This hotel is awesome. It’s Symplr with beds sinks bathrooms, clean great TV remote works nice table 2 chairs once Swivl it’s lovely many pillows people at the reception desk very friendly. The coffee in the morning is yummy. Everything’s good and an eagle rock very close to lots of great restaurants.

The room was very clean, spacious and updated. The bed and pillows were comfy. The TV with DirecTV worked flawlessly. There was coffee, hot and cold filtered water with some basic pastries in the morning and cookies in the evening. The area seemed very safe and it was relatively quiet. A Starbucks is a block away and there is a great pizza spot called Wallflower that is also walkable. The Metro 180 Bus takes you directly to Old Pasadena for $1.75. Save and stay at the The Hills Inn at Eagle Rock!

I have been staying at this hotel for the past seven years, at least twice a year, and each stay has been longer than two weeks. However, despite being a long-term and loyal customer, the hotel offers no benefits or recognition for returning guests. Every year, I experience the same issue: I cannot watch a movie on the TV for more than five minutes because the internet connection is very poor. In addition, I was informed that starting this year, breakfast is no longer provided. Another major reason I seriously reconsider staying at this hotel is the pillow. It is extremely uncomfortable and has caused me neck pain
