The front desk staff was rude, the room is not ready when we arrive, and waited for almost 2 hours, did not even get a notification that the room is ready

The room was very small. They charge a daily resort fee that includes 2 bottles of water a day. I stayed for 5 days and had to call the front desk because they forgot everytime. There were constant problems with the elevator, for most of my stay only 1 elevator was working and 2 days in a row, we had to take a fright elevator. This property is booked out a lot for events and tapings and twice during my stay I was unable to exit on Hollywood Blvd because of it. The property is great for proximity to Hollywood Blvd but it’s very expensive for what you actually get

We had a 45 dollar drink credit which we were initially told counted two drinks we had ordered… then told it didn’t…then that it was… anyway never ended up getting the 45 dollar credit, instead they comped us 15 dollars. For almost 500 dollars a night I at least expected to be able to sleep. Very disappointed. It was my first time staying there and I will not be going back.
