First of all, the pictures depicted in the booking website were nothing like the actual site. Secondly, we weren't able to rest because the guest next door was dispensing pharmaceuticals to consumers dropping in every hour of the night and having conversations right in front of our window. I'm not sure why they just didn't pick up their prescriptions and immediately leave. As I looked through the peephole of the door to check on my vehicle, I realized that there was no glass on the outside of it. It was hollow offering no obscurity into the interior. I could feel the cool air hitting my eyeball which meant that whoever was outside could easily see into my room. I was so afraid that if I checked on who was standing outside my room speaking so loudly would be staring back at me or worse... that I would be looking straight into the barrel of a pew pew. What a living nightmare!

The first room assigned had a very strong smoke smell. We had requested non-smoking! The second room was clean and clear of smoke smell. The bed was comfortable. Ground floor room was on the freeway side of the building, but noise was not a problem.NO COFFEE in room.

Vagabond Hacienda Heights never again

Light switches worked sometimes and sometimes not.. Carpet badly worn. Drab decor. At least it was quiet for sleeping.
