Everything was wonderful...until the sales tour. When it was apparent we wouldn't be buying, the conversation wasn't as warm as it was prior to our decline. We chose not to use the vouchers, and gave them back at checkout!

Overall a good resort. Resort is nice, reasonably clean, mostly friendly staff, and decent food for an all inclusive. They have a tiny beach area (rocky, can't go in) but children are not allowed in that area. Based on our deal, price/value equation was great. The rooms could be cleaned better IMO. Floor was a bit sticky and felt it could have been more thoroughly vacuumed and mopped. Food/Drinks can be very slow and you have to sign for everything when you pay even though its all inclusive. One of the tips we got charged at a restaurant was clearly doctored (10x what we were normally leaving) so had to get that sorted when we checked out but otherwise no issues.

This was the best trip ever. Our trip was planned fully through expedia for 5 nights. We had no problems with the resort. The food was spectacular and the views were insane. I have a gluten free allergy and they were really accommodating with it. Overall amazing experience!

This property is beautiful. The views all throughout the property are incredible. The pools are beautiful and so relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants to eat, you have to have reservations for most of them for dinners, but this is easy to do at the hotel. There’s a lot of rules to the all inclusive unless you upgrade your package for an additional $200 per person. They won’t allow Ubers, so you have to take a taxi which is very expensive. They will shuttle you to their sister resort which is at the marina and you have all inclusive there as well. The shuttle to and from the sister resort is free. We found there were a lot of fees that we didn’t know about. They had told us that room service is included in our package but then when we checked out I was charged for the room service. Other than that. The service is good, clean, and again the property is incredible.

The resort was very pretty and the rooms were good. It's gorgeous. There were many food options and some of the resorts were pretty great at accommodating to dietary restrictions. Only problem that we had was at some restaurants were waiting 2-2.5 hours to get our food. That's not how long I want to wait just to get food.

Did not like it. Tax was supposed to be included but it was not. No milk was provided for tea. When asked. A cup of milk was charged $10.

This resort was absolutely fantastic! Although the location is a bit away from the Marina, the shuttle transportation provided is very convenient. The dining option were excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. And by far the ocean views are amazing! It was awesome!

I liked the rooms and the great ocean view from my 2 bedroom option at the 4th floor. Perfect fit for family of 6 people with 1 master & 1 additional room for 4 adults. Very spacious room with personal jacuzzi in room patio. Would like to have better restaurant options like Asian menus as well.
