We really loved our stay despite the construction. The staff was happy to be there and made sure we were happy and having fun. The entertainment team, including Abraham & Paola & German & Miguel were the best!

We came her for my girl friend’s bachelorette party. The moment we arrived we were greeted with such warm welcome and hot towels to sanitize our hands. The check-in process was smooth with appetizers and champagne in lounge area. After that, we were escorted to our Ocean-view suite. The whole resort is absolutely gorgeous with the ocean & pool view at the entrance and very clean! Along the way, escort points out all specialties of the restaurants in our hotel. The variety of restaurants are absolutely amazing! Their breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious! With fresh squeezed juices and they also have 24/7 coffee shop. Their food portions are generous. They have an infinity pool, adults side pool and a swim-up bar! We enjoyed our afternoons sunbathing with a wide range of top-shelf liquor. The bartenders were skilled with delicious cocktails and the overall customer service of staff is top notch. Also, not to mention their security is very excellent! That’s one of the things I absolutely loved! Feeling safe and secure while having a great time! Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply unwind in paradise. Our group had an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return for another getaway. Thank you to the amazing staff for making this bachelorette party one for the books!

The Kidz Club offered the security to leave our son in there care. I know, how can you just leave your kid there in a foreign country and trust that your kid would be treated well? We had those thoughts, but with the attention and security they offered our son we ended up saying "We should have left him there more". Our son did not want to leave. This made his first experience in Mexico wanting to come back for more. He was excited to share with his classmates his wonderful experience in Mexico. We used to have a hard time wanting him to practice his spanish, but now he does it willingly. Thank you Kidz Club staff! My wife and I loved the variety of foods and drinks accompanied by the care and attention the hotel staff dedicated to us. To say the least we definitely felt spoiled and pampered :). This is the second all inclusive hotel we have gone to in Cabo and had a much better experience in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The schedule for morning vs nighttime activities and the schedule for the Kidz club made it all more easy to plan each day. If you do not like to be harassed with trying to buy timeshares this hotel is the one to go to. We left the resort with great memories and wanting to come back for another visit. We would like to thank the hotel and all the staff for exceeding our expectations.

This was an excellent stay! The resort was beautiful! Lobby is spacious and open. Gated and felt safe. Cafe is great and open 24/7. Staff were extremely nice! We got a complementary room upgrade and half off of our Spa experience. Food options were plenty! Lots of open areas by the pool and on the beach. And a lot of beach space as well! Entertaining shows and performances! Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

The facility was under Reno during our stay, beside the noise by the pool this did not effect us (my son-2 would probably say it was a highlight). This was our first all/inclusive with a child and it was a great family facility. We usually go to Secrets resorts as a couple. The food wasn’t as a good as a Secrets standers but it was still good and lots of options. The Asian restaurant was awesome! What made our stay so great and a reason for us to come back was the staff! Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. Shoutout goes to Margarita -hostess Buffet restaurant for making us feel like family. Our son looked forward to seeing her every morning. Alejandro at the pool/outside waiters was always great to run into. Soo many more staff that I wish I would’ve gotten there names! And shout out to Mario Lopez and the entertainment staff, every day they had several kids activities lineup which kept us busy!

Without any doubt the best All Inclusive I’ve been to and we have been to at least 20 AI over the years. The room, the food , the staff and the entertainment team are six stars not five stars. I’d like to mention Kelly at the front desk, Israel at Casa Cortez, Aurelia at the buffet and many more !!! Fernanda Maria the captain of the dance ( entertainment) team is a superstar !!! Cannot wait to come back soon. I wish I wrote down more names to acknowledge the fabulous service and staff. We stayed 9 days and very sad to leave.

Generally we had a good experience. There were some things in our room. Jets on tub didn’t work and the bathroom had a bad smell the last couple days. Food was good with several attractive options! Good value for the price.

Really nice resort. It kind of felt like a good middle ground of all things: fancy, but still affordable; big, but not huge; fun, but not a party resort. The food was well above average for resort food, although it still wasn't phenomenal. However, that was more than made up for because they had really great, fresh tacos available at what seemed like every turn. Of note, not every restraunt is open every night and the schedule is a bit confusing, so if you want to try a restraunt, don't put it off. The adults only pool was really nice and quiet, although a little small. Best part was definitely the staff. Incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help you. If there was any shortcoming in the resort, the quality of the staff more than made up for it.
