I thought the beds were comfortable, and the food was decent in terms of variety. However, dietary restrictions were difficult to meet. Serving staff was limited, so there would often be long wait for any sort of order or to get drinks or to get anything. Worst part was, at an all inclusive resort, if you run out of food, defeats the purpose. Multiple times they ran out of food even in the kids activities. Mahika restaurant chef was good.

This is a great all-inclusive with eight restaurants or so they’re all very good views are incredible. The pool and entertainment is great but most importantly the staff at the hotel makes this hotel what it is they cater to you with great hospitality and they do it all from the heart make sure to bring cash and tip them at the pool because it’s only fair with the service that you are getting.

Our Butler Trinidad was excellent. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. I did like all of the restaurants that they had on site and all the cool events. They had a foam party, wine and art, tequila testings and a lot of other events to make sure you are having fun on your vacation. This is also a family friendly hotel. Great place to bring your kids, they have a lot of events, waterpark and a kids club for the kids. The only downside is that you cannot enter the beach. Even though the beach is onsite, the waves were too dangerous. You would have to take a cab to go to a beach. Overall, excellent place to stay for families or a couple that was a baecation.

First of all the safety of the property is fantastic. The food was very good. Some phenomenal and some was very good overall very pleased. The service was amazing. I would definitely upgrade to the club level that gives you access to the club for breakfast lunch and dinner and it gives you a concierge of your own. We had Gustavo he was amazing highly recommend he was just a text away at all times for anything we needed. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Ziva for 5 days. All around cannot complain at all. The staff was always super helpful and went out of their way to help you, show you around, answer questions, etc. Did some research before we went and saw that they filter all the water in the hotel and it's reviewed by a third party. So no worries with getting sick with ice in the drinks or having blended drinks. We loved the food options and restaurants. We ate at the Mexican, Italian, Hibachi and Grill. All were excellent. The one time that we tried the "regular" buffet for dinner we were very surprised to find a protein station. You could order steak, pork chops, salmon, scallops, chicken and shrimp and they cook it fresh right there for you as you order it. You can't beat that. Breakfast has everything that you could want. Coffee house that is like a Starbucks is open 24 hours a day. Also booking excursions at the hotel is very easy and by doing it at the hotel they also arrange transportation for you. We did the 2 Bay snorkling tour and jet skiing. Had a great time. If you like working out, the gym is great. All the equipment including treadmills, step climbers, zumba classes, cycles, pickle ball court and basket ball court. Also a good mix of free weights and machines. Nighttime entertainment is good as well. Always something to do. Our 10 year old boy loved it and had a great time playing the pools. Whenever we go back to Cabo, we will be staying at the Ziva.
