Excellent choice centrally located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo! We loved the beautiful grounds, pool area, many restaurants and breakfast buffet, private beach and gorgeous views! It was quiet, clean and elegant with a Zen-like feel. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool and upgrade the room furniture which was a little worn. Otherwise outstanding hotel resort that did not disappoint! So glad we chose Paradisus! Highly recommend A !! Thank you for your hospitality!! 💕

Our stay was incredible!! We love the resort and will be back again. The location was perfect! The staff was phenomenal! Juventino, Jesus, Mary Isabel, Max were just a few that made our trip top notch! The food was the best I've ever had at an all inclusive!! The grounds were well kept and hotel was very clean! The beach was beautiful and the whales just made it that much better!

This was our second stay at Paradisus in The Reserve. Food was very good at the various restaurants, except for Tomeiko. We had miss there one night and didn't go back. The quality and variety of food seemed improved over last year: the Fresco good truck now offers tacos or cold options (ceviche) on alternating days. Really enjoyed the various ceviches offered at Agua Marina for lunch (and the views can't be beat). As well, really enjoyed the authentic sopes cooked fresh at Malva during breakfast. Staff are excellent. Special shout out to Max and Carlos at the beach. And thanks to our concierge Juventino who was always available and quick with a solution or an answer. Two areas that I think can be improved: 1) How the hotel treats food allergies. You are asked about food allergies on the pre-arrival form and then you are asked again at every-single-meal. When you check in for a meal, the hostess looks you up on the system. It can't be too difficult to have food allergy information on the system so we don't have to keep repeating it over and over and over. I get that they may need to ask every time for liability reasons, but there should be a better way to go about it 2) One night at turndown, the attendant sprayed a fragrance in the room. My wife has scent allergies and it affected her. Given that scent allergies are common, I suggest the hotel should not spray scents in rooms. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

So the only thing that made our getaway ok was that we were staying at “The Reserve” area. Highly recommend as it comes with access to premium liquor bars and you have a concierge assigned to you to help with anything like reservations. The only down fall was our concierge wasn’t available until late evening so we were dealing with a temporary one and it was an inconvenience for us. The FOOD is awful. The breakfast buffet wasn’t even a buffet. It was awful. Limited options!! We literally got some food at the airport on our way home. We were told the room service was worst because we were debating to do that instead but a couple we met so DONT DO IT. The liquor at the bar was poor. Very limit on entertainment. So this resort is more like a laid back resort hardly anyone there. Max of maybe 20 people in the huge pool and at one point I was the only one swimming lol. So if you are looking for a more social and fun resort. DO NOT STAY HERE! Positive note! This resort is very clean and rooms are nice (the Reserve) and friendly staff

The hotel was beautiful, clean, staff was sweet and friendly at all times. Activities could have been more diverse, and less focus on selling timeshares. Food was always delicious, but prefer buffet style over full service restaurant personally.

Property was beautiful, kind staff, nice beach. Our only complaint was some of the dining options not being included with the all inclusive price. An evening buffet option would have been nice as well.
