The staff were very friendly and helpful.. the complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh options.. I would definitely recommend for location.. it was noisy outside because of the busy street close to the hotel, but when inside you could barely hear it.. I would get the rooms with the ocean view, it was worth the upgrade.

We stayed a week at Hyatt Place. It was a great experience and the staff were incredible. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with many options. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced. Everything was TOP NOTCH!

Overall had a pleasant stay. Stayed four nights. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. Breakfast was good. They served eggs, chilaquiles, beans, fruit, and oatmeal. There are bus routes to Cabo San Lucas and downtown San Jose.

We stayed at Hyatt Place Los Cabos for 3 nights on a quick trip and everything was great! The hotel is safe, quiet, and in a very walkable area. Parking was super easy, which made things even more convenient. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety definitely a plus. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for a longer visit next time!

Okay for a overnight stay but that's about it it's certainly looks a little tired I was mold in Alberta lots of scratches on the walls food was certainly very average indeed staff were pleasant but seems confused at times

The Hyatt Place was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is heated and they have towels at the pool which is convenient. The buffet style breakfast in the mornings had a variety of foods from fresh fruit to typical Mexican dishes. The room was also spacious. We would definitely come back again.

Was trying to relax at the pool and a maintenance guy couldn’t find anything to do so he began chipping away at the concrete with the back of a claw hammer in an attempt to take something off the cement. The noise was beyond irritating. When I looked he could’ve went and retrieve a bucket and scrub brush or waited till the guests had left. However he pounded away for an hour. I had to leave.

Customer service is great. Staff accommodates customer necesities like check in earlier and late check out. It's a lot of construction around the area and it's not very clean. The San Jose del Cabo sign is not by the hotel, you need to walk 40 minutes or take transportation. Prices are just the same like USA. It's safe to take busses or taxis. The pool was cleaned and with warm water.
