Excellent stay at the Royal Solaris hotel in Los Cabos. The hotel has good amenities for the whole family, good food and kind and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and re-visit again.

Property needs a major update - rooms are old and you can tell, food was not the best, they can do better. The all-inclusive would have been great if the bars and restaurants weren't open for a couple of hours a day. Uber and other ride-shares wont pick u up from the lobby, you have to walk to the street to get picked up.

Overall, we through the resort was absolutely wonderful. It was so clean and had that more natural flare to it with all the different trees and wildlife. It didn’t feel to hotel like which we really loved. The pool and the swim up bar was our favorite for sure. We did swim a bit in the ocean and loved fighting the waves.

We had roaches in our room the first night. Let them know and nothing was said afterward. Food options are limited. Basically impossible to get into the restaurants and the buffet food didn’t change hardly at all. No snacks available. Horrible Hotel

This is an all inclusive resort with horrible food that isn’t edible. Our kids couldn’t eat the food at all. The drinks were all watered down and the there is no carbonation to any of the beverages. We had to go out of the resort to eat. The kids play area for the slide was always closed because they had no staff to work it. Most horrible place to stay. Remember, you get what you pay for. The manager didn’t know how to handle complaints and was very rude. They tried to put us in a cheaper room when we paid for an ocean view. He insisted we were wrong And I showed him the proof in his face. Finally we got the correct room. On arrival the hotel was supposed to send someone to pick us up and we waited for 2 hours in the heat. Kept calling the hotel and they kept saying that they are coming and they never came. We had to get our own taxi to the hotel. No one ever apologized. This is the most horrible establishment. Please Don’t come here you will regret it.

Overall, the resort was nice and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the property itself was well-maintained. However, I did have a few issues during my stay: • My room wasn’t cleaned for three days in a row. • On the last day, I didn’t have any hot water • The buffet could use more variety — not a lot of food options to choose from Despite these things, I still enjoyed my time there, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and amenities.

This is an older property. The customer service is a 10/10. The food is a 5/10. This is a family friendly property with a kids play area. The spa on-site was a 10/10. I hope this helps you decide the best place for your next vacation.

Bed and room was comfortable. Food was very good. For alcohol drinkers, don't expect much as their drinks are soft. Many pools to swim in. The beach unfortunately was Un swimmable during our stay. Solaris did amazing with the 4th July holiday, as the resort threw a massive celebration, with decor, performers, and setup on the BEACH for their entire guests. How thoughtful is that!

This was a last minute getaway!!! Overall, it was a very good hotel for the price. Upon check-in, Dani/Daniela at the front desk, was very rude for two days in a row.😒 All other staff was very nice and accommodating. The pools were AWESOME, especially on the adult side!! The nightly shows were AMAZING,...SUPER SPECTACULAR!!! The food was GREAT with lots of choices. Must remember... dwntwn Cabo and the Arch is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride away.

I believe the hotel was good and overall number would be a 6. Facilites I would give them an 8 because we had some issues in our rooms but were fixed right away. Staff were very friendly everywhere so I would give them a 10. Service was very good and i would give them an 8, I would have give them a 9 or 10, but my reservation at Zai restaurant was horrible. The place was full so we had to sit outside then when they finally had space inside we were skipped by another family that knew one of the employees. Eventually we got a table inside because it was super hot and we had to ask for it not because they offered. The family that skipped us got their drinks and food before us. We waited for our food over 45 minutes. Then the lady that was serving us apologized and said “im sorry I thought my co-worker was taking care of you guys”. At another table when they got their food one of the guest said “good luck to the rest of the people in this restaurant, we just got our food and we have been here for almost 2 hours” i am not sure if the 2 hours was true but im sure they waited a long time for the food. I noticed that the family that skipped us were approached by a waiter almost every 10 minutes to ask if they needed something, but to us nothing. We were so frustrated that when that family was leaving they keep saying to us good night and enjoy your meal, because they knew that we were not treated right. Very disappointed with the service at that restaurant.
