Would have initially rated our stay much higher, but as the days went on we became more and more disappointed. Biggest let down was the food. The buffet served the same thing every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner with very little variety between. One of the restaurants was closed and despite being guaranteed reservations depending on the length of your stay we were only able to get one. Food quality was about what you’d expect… overly salty and fatty and sometimes raw. Bar service was again what you’d expect, drinks mixed inconsistently and not fully blended, but with quick service. Our room was neither good nor bad but we did discover black mold at the end so not impressed there. Staff were all friendly and ground were clean and beautiful. If you can get a deal it’s not bad but if you are expecting a 4 star you’ll be disappointed

Fantastic stay! Staff so friendly and helpful! Staff take time to get to know you and are very attentive. We paid extra for the oceanfront room and so glad we did. Didn't hear as much noise or banging of doors from corridors. Amenities and comfort great. Will be returning again!

Clean facilities and great staff. Seriously… the staff was ridiculously incredible. The food left wanting. We ended up going into San Jose for dinner most nights. We won’t be back but it was a great deal for a shot notice trip.

Food option was not good , served the same thing everyday. Impossible to get a spot by the pool because everyone puts their towel down the day before even when they are not at the pool. We did the all inclusive but things were still limited . If you’re not a member you don’t get all the perks . I’ve stayed at others all inclusive and this by far has been the worst. Not enough entertainment and they have roaches in the rooms and around the hotel. For the extra money we had to spend to get better quality food on the resort I would recommend booking and spending a little more going elsewhere. Trust me and the rest of the reviews .

Definitely not worth the price you pay. Came here with a group of 9ppl and out of the 6 days, we can only get dinner reservations to the specialty restaurants on one day. So we had no choice but to settle for the repetitive Buffet and recycled same food. The rooms we're outdated however the housekeeping staff did their best to keep it clean and we appreciated the refresh of the Room daily. Bar fridges in the room were never restocked once for all days, not even the bottles of water. The staff there definitely Hustle to provide the best service they can given with what they are working with. You won't be able to get any food after 10:00 p.m. unless it is room service and they charge a mandatory fee of $15 as a surcharge. The pool is always cold and a hot tub and the adults area was not very hot lukewarm at best. And good luck getting upgraded to an ocean view room without a hefty upgrade fee. This is definitely a family resort, so be prepared for that. Its not the worst place on earth or anything like that, i just wouldn't come back

Room was clean and cozy. Balcony view was beautiful. Elevators were quick and efficient. Pool was cool and refreshing. Staff was friendly. Drinks were as strong as you wanted them. Buffet breakfast were the best. Dinners not as good. Mexican restaurant in resort was not good.

Food was terrible all but one Restraunt The Zia food was 5 Star and service was 5 Star Buffett and other ones on property food was terrible . When I booked room ask beach view was told I would have to pay extra at desk . If you want to sit by the pool don’t count on it . People save their towels for next day And reserve all the chairs by the time you wake up there is no options ! The pool people have No Control on the Pool area . Will not recommend to stay here .

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The rooms were clean, but I found the beds firm. The walls of the resort are thin and lots of outside noise can be heard while you are trying to sleep. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. The buffet food was a real disappointment but I realized this before I booked from other reviews. The pizza place near the pool honestly makes some of the best pizza that I have ever had. The TV's in the lounge could be bigger. Overall for the price that I paid, it was worth it. Plus lots of really nice golf courses in the area and good restaurants across the street.
