Everything was great except the cold and hot were reversed in the shower. Everything is was good from breakfast to the room and the stay! Room was better than most we have stayed in the area previously. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

While there was a comfortable bed and decent pool, floors were filthy thru out, didn’t want to touch anything in the elevator, the luggage carts were horrible and our tub drain was super slow. It needs a major deep clean top to bottom!!

Rooms were very nice. TV difficult to figure out; our 3 rooms each had a TV that functioned differently and desk clerk could tell us nothing about them. Once I figured it out how to get channels, I discovered that the channel selection was less than I am accustomed to in hotels. Major network channels were available but little else. No ESPN or other sports channels, for example. The only automatic doors are at the front of the hotel, and the majority of parking is in the back. Not only were the doors in the back not automatic but the 2 doors were at 90 degrees to each other. To use cart to bring in possessions, guests need to decide whether to leave their car under the porch in the front while taking their possessions to their room, leave their possessions in the lobby while parking their car or bringing in items in stages through 2 non-automatic doors. We were fortunate that we got 3 rooms on the first floor without having a pet. Only 7 rooms are on the first floor and they are generally reserved for pet owners. We had requested first floor because one member of our party uses a walker. Breakfast was nice. Laundry room and fitness center are available. Bike in fitness room did not work. Seat would not lock in place and display did not light up to allow selection of workout program. I would stay there again.

This Best Western location might be the worst hotel I've ever had. The room smelled like body odor and pot and the smell never went away. The floor we were on was a non smoking floor and it smelled like both cigarette and weed smoke for our entire weekend visit. The room was also very dirty- with food and stains on the floor. I felt dirty bring there and could not wait for the weekend to be over. The food for breakfast was also absolutely disgusting. The only redeeming quality is that the people who worked there we friendly. Do not stay here.
