Shortly after check in, the power went out due to a storm. About half an hour later we decided to go to bed. Then the overhead speaker kept beeping and saying "good evening everyone". We went to the lobby and were told to evacuate. So we packed up and left. I better get a refund.

Great location to stay to catch a flight out. They offer a shuttle service and also have a long term park arrangement you can pla. For. Customer service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely consider returning if we fly out here again.

A very nice hotel. Perhaps one of the best hotels I've stayed in. My room and the hotel in general was clean and had a great ambiance. The staff was courteous and the food from the bar and restaurant was nice and priced reasonably. If your planning to stay by the Louisville airport, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

Loved all things about the hotel except for the $100 credit card hold for "incidentals." I've never had that before except at cheapo gas stations.

Our visit occurred during and due to a large event in the area which clearly impacted this hotel. When we arrived for check-in around 9:30 p.m., our room type was not available as housekeeping was struggling to keep up with the check-outs. The desk agent offered to upgrade us to a king suite with pull-out couch instead but we didn't feel that would work well for us so we asked how long we would need to wait but another guest was also checking in and started getting upset that he was in the same situation as us. Our agent was able to find us a queen double, but I opted to give that up to the other guest and we took the king suite. His desk agent thanked me repeatedly, our desk agent and the other guest said nothing (oh well). Our suite was located very close to the lobby, stairwell and elevator so we were concerned about foot traffic noise, but we really didn't hear much. The heating/cooling unit in our room was very noisy, but other than that the room was fine. Clean, well stocked, decent pillows.

Rooms and hallways need to be vacuumed better, hair all over bathroom floor and shower. Vending machine took my money and front desk said its not their problem. Als restaurant didnt have breakfast only buffet for $22.00 per person. Kids chicken dinner was also chewy and my daughter couldnt even eat it.
