My stay at the Crowne Plaza was extremely disappointing. This was by far one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever been in. When I arrived, there were strands of hair left on the bathroom counter, which immediately showed me the room was not cleaned properly. The hallways and floors had crumbs and debris, adding to the sense of neglect.
In addition, the entire property feels old and rundown. The carpets are stained and worn, the furniture is outdated, and the fixtures look like they haven’t been replaced in decades. For a hotel that carries the Crowne Plaza name, this is far below standard.
Suggestions for Management:
1. Improve housekeeping immediately – rooms must be cleaned thoroughly, and supervisors should check every room before guests arrive.
2. Deep-clean common areas daily – hallways, lobbies, and elevators should be spotless at all times.
3. Renovate and update the property – new carpets, fresh paint, modern furniture, and updated fixtures are desperately needed.
4. Raise accountability – staff should be trained to meet higher hospitality standards, and guest feedback should be taken seriously.
Until these issues are corrected, I cannot recommend this property. The Crowne Plaza name carries certain expectations, and right now, this location is failing to live up to them.
