Lovely hotel and exceptionally warm and helpful staff. Really lovely and kind. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Could do with a long mirror on the room! (My only negative comment).

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to centre of town with bars, restaurants and shopping. Ten minutes walk to the sanctuaries. Room had TV but no coffee making facilities. It was difficult at checkout when the woman on reception tried to charge me again even though I had pre paid. She also tried to charge me for parking. I also had difficulty when I arrived because she said that I had not booked breakfast when I had done this and also pre paid.This confusion was quite stressful and she was very insistent even though I had a receipt that supported what I was saying. Trying to justify what you have already booked and paid for and being made to feel dishonest is not a nice feeling. When she called over someone else it was sorted out quickly but there was not really an apology.

Négatif : pas de prise électrique à proximité des lits. L'hôtesse a du nous prêter une rallonge pour brancher l'appareil respiratoire. Le support de la pomme de douche impossible à orienter. VMC ne fonctionne pas.Difficulté à faire coulisser la porte du placard à cause de la moquette sur le rail. Positif : très silencieux, très propre, accueil très chaleureux, petit déjeuner copieux, hôtel bien situé.
