The good thing about the property is the location-2 min walk you in city center(easy if you need to go to shops also few steps and you are on road=main high street whit lots of bars/restaurants and gift shop which leeds you to sanctuary notre-dame de lourdes-is 3 min walk from hotel.But hotel-bedroom where i stay(single bedroom)Is in poor standard (second floor whit balcony =plus point.Wifi-very,very week signal.No tv in bedroom,noice from street =very bad!Bathroom very old,luck of better standard finish and the smallest bathroom i ever been.For the bedroom i will not give even one star!!!

In a nice position very basic but clean more of a simple bed and breakfast than hotel. Staff nice and there with a ring of the bell at reception. Rooms basic but clean and for the price good.

Little tight.

Lourdes has a beautiful grotto and huge Catholic cathedral. Nice. My room was quiet and dark. No television and WiFi is in the lobby. I liked my room but it was small. Yes I will stay here again.

Excellent budget hotel

I've stayed at this hotel 4 times and been very happy with it. Remember this is a budget hotel not the Ritz and as far as budget hotels go it is in the top bracket. It is clean, comfortable, warm, has ensuite shower and the owner will go the extra mile to help, you can also get a decent breakfast each day. I will also stay here on my next visit to lourdes. Some of the negative reviews are annoying when they could have paid 4 or 5 time more per night for some of the top hotels in lourdes

Good Hotel

The hotel was reasonably priced. The hotel was also very centrally located in the town. Easy access to supermarkets such as Carrefour. However other supermarkets such as Netto, Lidl and E.Leclerc as well as McDonald's are reasonable distance. I also had the opportunity to visit Fatima shrine everyday as it was a 2 minute walk away :) so was delighted.

Wonderful customer service!

The friendly Frenchman who worked at the Reception was wonderful. He gave me a hairdryer when mine fused and did not work anymore on our first morning, his kindness was greatly appreciated - he could not do enough to help us. (sorry I did not ask him his name I wish I had but he was the only one who works at Reception.

Correct pour le prix

Globalement satisfait. Pour le prix demandé on ne peut pas s'attendre à mieux. Pour des randonneurs comme nous une chambre 2 lits pour 31 euros la nuit, c'est très bien . Sans télé ni clim évidemment, mais nous n'en avons pas besoin. Par contre la liaison wifi , utile pour moi, est très capricieuse, voire nulle.
