The room was okay but needed a fresh coat of paint. Microwave smelled bad. The bathroom had rust all over the walls and the door was loud and hard to close. The carpet was dirty and not vacuumed.

The room was extremely dirty, with dust throughout. We used the pull-out bed, which was very dusty and had trash and dust along the edges. Even the sofa pillows had visible dust on them. The breakfast was acceptable, but nothing exceptional.

There was a 4-hour widespread power outage during our first night that affected the hotel. The staff was very courteous, and we were given a discount for that night. The room was clean; the breakfast was very good.

I chose this property because of the excellent online reviews, but unfortunately that was not my experience. The room was filthy and clearly neglected, far from what I expected. I never usually complain, but this was too much. The only positives were that the beds were clean and the daytime staff was friendly, but the overall lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything else. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this property.

The room was a little run down. The bathroom floor was dirty, the faucet was broken and the walls kind of banged up. We've stayed here multiple times, but it's beginning to deteriorate.
