The room was very clean and the hotel was clean, but I called twice for housekeeping the 3 days we stayed there and not once did the front desk get back with me or tell me why my room never got cleaned. I did not have the “do not disturb” sign on my door and was repeatedly told they were coming but never did. Also, the hot tub and pool were terrible. The hot tub had brown bubbles in it and the water was super cloudy suggesting it was dirty and possible peed in multiple times. The pool was very cloudy and looked like it hasn’t had any good balance in quite sometime. I will not be staying here again.
