My biggest issue was that we needed to leave a day early. It wasnt possible to get a refund for the second night. Neither Expedia or Hyatt would even entertain the idea. I dont know that I will be using either again. With all the other options out there for travel, I will take my business elsewhere.

The breakfast in the morning it’s OK no waffles stuff like that but it’s OK in the room. The comforter worn out had to ask for another one. They need to change out the comforters in the rooms and did not have a locker or a lock box safe in the room so couldn’t store stuff when you left the room you had to take it with you

A little improvement could make this place great

Our stay was good and comfortable. Service was ok. We had to ask for our room to be serviced 2 or 3 times. The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was old and cold even one hour before it was supposed to end.
