If you are thinking about renting this property, you should do it. Booked this property for a brief quiet trip with the family. It was perfect. The property is immaculately kept and very clean. It had everything you need. We didn't have to bring anything but our personal effects and food. My kids loved the game room and the large, private backyard. We didn't have the WiFi password when we arrived. I messaged the host and she responded immediately. She followed up to make sure the stay was okay. There were a lot of interesting places to visit within a 15-20 minute drive (restaurants, arcade, movie theater, state parks, swimming pool, and definitely visit the Calvert Marine Museum!).

Such a great space to spend a little break. The house was very clean and tidy, with a really clever combination of traditional and modern interior spaces. Our kids LOVED the game room and we made good use of it on hot days. The deck out back is massive and in great shape, and the front porch was fantastic. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit but it looked cozy and welcoming. The beds were in great shape and comfortable, with new bedding, The bathrooms were clean and practical (though more hooks/places to hang things or a little surface area would have been useful). The house layout is really smart since no one shares a bedroom wall or ceiling (genius actually). We really loved the easy access to Calvert cliffs and flag ponds, cove point pool (and playground and dog park), as well as a quick drive to anything you could possibly want or need. Solomon “island” was a perfect neighborhood to catch a meal on the water and stroll the boardwalk with an ice cream. Overall a great location and lovely house.
