Very basic

We arrived the early hours of the morning. Check in was very quick. Room was basic with only one towel each and only one teabag each. The carpet was very stained and room quite dated and room very small. Price reflected this. Disappointed would have to pay £15 to check out one hour later than normal especially as we did not arrive until 2am… the hotel did not seem busy at all. would not stay again

Airport stay.does the job just

10 minutes walk from airport.had a problem when arriving as computer froze .room down a dingy dark corridor.room was fine clean bedding and towels.room needs brightening up.colour scheme too dark.key card to room did not work luckily member of staff near by helping another couple whose key did not work..Uber to Luton parkway station £3.86 at 5:30 in the morning.would I stay here again probably not.hotel just seems drab.stayed at plenty of ibis hotels .this one just not for me

For a one night stay after a flight the Ibis was perfect. A short walk from the terminal, quick and easy check in, nice quiet room, great WiFi and really appreciated the midday check out time allowing me to work in my room in the morning. I'd definitely stay again if I had an early flight out or late flight back into Luton again.

Excellent. Warm welcome, lovely vibe, great room nice and quiet. We had dinner which was good. Just a short 10 min walk from the departure lounge.

Quiet hotel 10 mins walk to the airport

Turned up at 3.00am after a long flight. Hotel was warm and so was the reception! Quickly gave us our keys so we could get some rest. The hotel is super quiet! No road or plane noise which is great! Would recommend! Just an easy 10 min walk from the airport.

Only one plug socket by the bed, tiny tv, Very slippery bathroom floor without water on the floor or having shoes/bare feet. Only one thin-ish pillow each. Dark and dingy.
