worst place ever
you have to give a cash deposit or you can't stay . you only find this out when you arrive. desk clerk was rude . elevator didn't work had to go back down and deal with desk clerk because no linens or pillows in room. terrible place tried to contact management about refund still waiting

Property is run down, missing light in the room, door not able to completely close, stain on the carpet, missing light in the bathroom, no laundry bag available, room was not ready down after ten first day, no clean towels after the first day.

The room type(king bed) wasn’t available I was placed in an accessible queen room. My room was on the top floor and the elevator didn’t work. My tv didn’t work properly- another TV had to be brought in. There was no bathroom linen in the room had to ask for it.

Sad hotel is going down hill.
Came to watch the Flames play. The room had noodles on the ceiling, hair dye on the shower curtain, and lamp. Check in-- the lobby was smelling of Marijuana. Stayed here in the past. Always clean. Never again.

Awful hotel in disrepair. Cockroaches, drug paraphernalia, no blankets, not enough towels, no shampoo, no tissues. So dirty. Great location right next to Liberty. Staff were nice but not always available. Try calling. Its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone.

Room did not have: Phone Hair dryer Iron TV didn't work 😪😪 Gave us (eldery people) room in the 3er floor with no elevator working 😔😔😪😪 It was very disappointing, gave us some credit but that was not the point. Not coming back.
