Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a small lift and with a surface area of 66 m², this flat has been completely renovated. A superb place to stay with your family when visiting the capital of gastronomy. Cœur de Lyon can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with a wall-mounted television, a coffee table, a three-seater leather sofa and a single armchair, a round dining table that can seat 4 people
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and more.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A window overlooking the inner courtyard
- A long, bright hallway with a beautiful stone wall, a wardrobe area with hangers, an office area overlooking the inner courtyard, and another closet for storing clothes

The apartment was clean and well stocked for someone looking to do a lot of cooking. Some suggestions: There were no permanent hooks for towels or clothing in the bathroom. Many dishes were on shelves that were very high to reach. So a step stool would be a nice addition. Directions for operation of the dishwasher would be useful. The biggest disappointment, which was beyond the renter's control, was that the lift was out of service and we needed to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor apartment.
