"LE CRAYON" -Wonderful flat in Lyon Part Dieu

"LE CRAYON" is a beautiful and large apartment that has just been tastefully renovated. Ideally located because close to the Part Dieu train station and the shopping center, it has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a bathroom, and a main room with a sofa bed (sleeps 4 in all). The kitchen is very well equipped and is open to the living room. You will appreciated during summer the celling fan.

The room is quietly located on the courtyard and the lounge on the street side overlooking the famous "Crayon de Lyon" where you will find on the 32nd floor the panoramic bar of the Radisson Hotel which offers a spectacular view of the city and the entire region . We even see some days Mont Blanc!

At 2 steps from the apartment too, come and taste the products of the historic "Halles de Lyon - Paul Bocuse": St Marcellin, macaroons, oysters, fish, and other fresh products!

Bed linen and towels will be installed upon arrival.

The accommodation is unique because:
- it is very well maintained and I make improvements as and when comments from guest,
- I try to be reactive quickly to any technical problems that you may encounter during your stay (but everything works on your arrival),
- my sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels are washed in a 100 ° launderer, no risk of contamination,
- each time a guest leaves, a rigorous cleaning is carried out with disinfectant products and bleach,

Lovely apartment in perfect location

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect for us because it was a short walk to the main train station and we could walk everywhere else, including over both rivers and to most parts of Lyon. We hardly ever took the bus. The apartment was small but clean, nicely decorated and very quiet. It was well equipped but no supplies. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so it is 86 steps up to the apartment.
