100 m from the Rhône river, for walking or reaching other areas of Lyon.
Ideally located, close to all amenities (grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, post office, hospital, etc.).
Near Place Jean Macé, Perrache Train station, Metro B, Tram 1 and 2, Station Vélo'v, bus.

Underground paying parking space is optional (9€ per day).

A deposit of 200€ will be required. It will be returned at the exit of the premises if no damage is found.

Impression très positive

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la résidence, ainsi que la possibilité de garer le voiture au sous sol, parking sécurisé. Les lits sont confortables et tout le nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne est mis à disposition. Le confort des locataires est assuré à tous niveaux, la déco est soignée, l'appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée. La proximité du centre ville, des commerces et transports en communs sont également appréciables.
