Amazing location! The property was really good, but there were a few things that could be improved. We could have used more supplies, such as toiletries and towels. The breakfast was very convenient but lacked in quality (this is not a hotel). Overall experience was excellent.

Minha estadia foi ótima. O apto é muito organizado, limpinho, próximo de tudo. Lugar tranquilo. Só tenho uma dica pra deixar 1 rolo de papel higiênico no banheiro pois precisamos usar o banheiro e já era tarde e não tinha.

Apartamento super confortável, utensílios novos. A atendente Poliana foi maravilhosa, esteve atenta a todas as necessidades durante a estadia. O café da manhã era servido no quarto, uma pessoa ia fazê-lo, com opção de ovos, cuscuz, pães, queijo, presunto, suco e café. Em virtude de já estarmos acostumados a fazer nossa própria comida, pedimos apenas que deixasse as coisas lá. Há uma câmera dentro do apartamento, virada para a porta, o que pedimos para desligar, já que também poderia captar áudio e achamos que era uma certa invasão de privacidade, o que foi prontamente atendido. Antes da estadia, entraram em contato conosco, explicando todos os pormenores, o que achei excelente . A limpeza que, como eu achei umas traças andando no chão logo no primeiro dia, ficou um pouco a desejar, mas nada que atrapalhasse. Enfim, voltaria para lá outras vezes, diante do atendimento e localização, perto de tudo.

Final de semana maravilhoso em Maceió

Minha experiencia foi ótima, existem alguns pontos negativos, porem para eu e minha família os positivos sobressaem.o atendimento do Sr. Claudio é uma coisa fantástica, educado, atencioso, gentil, bastante focado em deixar o hospede bem. A moça do café também bem educada e gentil.

Experiência excelente

Quarto, arredores e comodidades excelentes (piscina aquecida!). Achei que poderiam disponibilizar acessórios para lavarmos a louça (esponja e detergente). Além disso, o café da manhã é bem fraco. Acho que poderiam ter deixado bem claro oq oferecem no café para darem a opção de complementamos (não havia manteiga, por exemplo). De qualquer maneira super recomendo.

Em relação ao pessoal de apoio foi bom a unica coisa que por ser um apto com cozinha falta alguns itens na cozinha e o café da manhã pode ser melhor porque um pão e um pedaço de bolo e uma fatia de queijo e presunto para cada pessoa, acho melhor então não ter, mas de o local em bonito e a localização também é boa e o serviço também é muito bom as meninas muito atenciosas.

Bom apartamento, porém o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, uma fatia de queijo e uma fatia de presunto por pessoa, suco tang, ou seja, baixa qualidade e bastante contado, não precisa ser super caprichado como encontramos em outros hotéis, mas horrível desse jeito é demais, toalha trocada a cada 3 dias, achei absurdo também. Localização excelente.

El apartamento es muy completo, tal como se observa en las imágenes. Todos los días lo limpian. La atención es muy buena y son muy amables. Lo único que habría que mejorar es la ducha de agua caliente, se puede bañar pero si sos de usar el agua caliente se siente fría. Respecto de la ubicación es frente a la playa, ideal.

solicitei na contratacao apartamento de 3 dormitorios para acomodar 1 casal e 2 adultos ,sendo uma menina e um menino .recebi 1 apartamento com 1 suite ,1 quarto com cama de casal , 1 dependencia de empregada com um beliche .apenas 2 camas de casal arrumadas com lencois .os quartos nao possuiam chaves para maior privacidade,tanto é que a camareira entrou no apartamento para arrumacao e ainda tinha meu filho dormindo num dos quartos.disponibilizados toalhas para banho muito pequenas e alem disso pareciam verdadeiras lixas .(deveriam ser novas ,ou felpudas ).no ultimo dia de hospedagem fomos surpreendidos com a responsavel pelo apartamento tocando a campanhia e abrindo a porta as 9:30h da manha ,para detetizar o apartamento ,sendo que todos ainda estavam dormindo.Privacidade nenhuma. cafe da manha servido em louca quebrada ( pratos e copos quebrados ).nao teve arrumacao ,servioc de cafe e camareira no dia 25/12 (nos avisaram de vespera que era folga da funcionaria ).;na cozinha " equipada " nao tinha um detergente para lavagem de copos .nao ha ferro para passar roupas e nem disponibilizado esse servico .

Pontos negativos: Quando vc chega, vc fica meio perdido, pq ninguém sabe nada e não existe uma portaria pra ajudar. O café oferecido como cortesia sempre é feito num horário onde todos os passeios da cidade (pra quem é turista como eu) já saíram, então vc não consegue usufruir. A menina que é responsável pelo apartamento é MUITO invasiva e isso foi super desagradável, indo no apartamento em horários que eu estava para fazer manutenção no apartamento (coisas que teriam que ser feitas sem ninguém hospedado). É oferecido o lugar como se fosse um hotel mas não oferecem coisas básicas como shampoo e sabonete e a arrumação da cama não era feita todos os dias. Pontos positivos: a localização é ótima, perto de todos os comércios e da orla. O apartamento é super confortável e bem mobiliado!

Muito bom o Dream Home, em especial o atendimento de Ana e Iara. Apartamento confortável, bem decorado e localizado em local estratégico. Sentimos falta apenas de TV no segundo quarto e sanduicheira na cozinha. Ficamos no apartamento duplex, Ed México, 904. Recomendo.

Apartamento Dream Home Maceió, muito bom

Ficamos do dia 17 a 24 de setembro de 2017, apartamento muito bonito e bem localizado, perto de vários restaurantes, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade, café da manhã simples mais bem preparado (tomamos café poucos dias pela manhã devido ao horário que era servido, como já tinha um outro hospede marcado para 7:30 tivemos que marcar o nosso para 8:00, um pouco tarde pra sair se pretende visitar as praias mais longe de maceió). Tivemos um ótimo atendimento por parte da Iara e da Ana que cuida do apartamento, foram bem atenciosas. Recomendo a hospedagem no Dream Home Maceió, principalmente pra quem viaja em família.

Apesar das informações estarem em um email, você não chega em hotel nenhum no mundo onde já tem todas as confirmações de sua chegada e quando chega no endereço pergunta em diversos pontos onde é sua acomodação e ninguém sabe qual nem sabe orientar como conseguir e o único contato telefônico que você tem ninguém atende! Experiência terrível!!!! Se vc se apresenta em um das torrões do empreendimento e falam que você não tem reserva ali naquele lugar deveriam ter nos orientados onde poderíamos ter a informaçao! Cheguei a ir a delegacia prestar queixa achando ter sofrido um golpe! E conforme os dados fornecidos com a hora que eu chegaria informei também que estava com crianças. OBS: nada justifica diser que a informação estaria em um corpo de email!
