Tive uma excelente experiência no Flix Hotel. O atendimento na recepção foi simplesmente impecável — equipe atenciosa, educada e muito prestativa desde a chegada. Isso já faz toda a diferença na estadia. O quarto estava extremamente limpo, organizado e muito bem cuidado. As acomodações são confortáveis e dá pra perceber o capricho nos detalhes e na manutenção do ambiente. O café da manhã também foi um ponto alto: delicioso, variado e muito prático, perfeito pra começar o dia com tranquilidade. Com certeza é um lugar que eu voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo para quem busca conforto, limpeza e um atendimento de qualidade.

Très bel établissement en famille

Três bel hôtel pour visiter Maceio. A l’angle d’une rue pleine de restaurants et d’un street good park très sympa tant pour l’ambiance que pour l’offre varié de restauration. Petit déjeuner très bon. Cocktails également et un bain à remous en accès libre très appréciable après de longues heures de route. Eau filtrée à disposition ainsi que coin famille pour s’occuper de bébé. Nous recommandons et n’avons pas réellement de point négatif à mettre en avant.

Hotel bom porém relapsos com o elevador e cheio

O hotel é muito bem localizado e novo. Achei a equipe bem gentil. Me deram um quarto no último andar com uma vista boa. O fato de um dos elevadores estar desativado realmente é um problema. Eu tinha lido isso nas avaliações e achei que não faria diferença mas fez. O elevador demora muito e vive cheio. Foi incômodo. Se eu soubesse teria escolhido outro hotel. Acho bem relapso não terem arrumado até agora, pelo que li está desativado faz um bom tempo. Outra coisa muito desconfortável é no corredor do andar o ar condicionado fica desligado então você passa calor enquanto espera o elevador e até entrar no quarto. A cama era ok, chuveiro ótimo, quarto bem iluminado. O shampoo que eles dão de cortesia é 2x1, não fornecem condicionador, achei isso um ponto negativo também. O café da manhã é gostoso, tem bastante opção, mas está sempre lotado em qualquer horário (fui 8:00, 9:15, 10:30). Tem muitas famílias com crianças então é bem barulhento a restaurante, se você não ligar tudo certo.
