Hotel muito bem estruturado e com ótimo atendimento. Como foi recentemente finalizada a construção, alguns quartos possuem problemas de engenharia. Tivemos problema com alagamento do banheiro por obra mal executada, mas fomos super bem atendidos após a reclamação. Indico a estadia. Comida muito boa. Só as dos restaurantes que achei que podem melhorar.

Eu e minha esposa passamos dias maravilhosos nesse lugar! Ficamos do dia 18/12 a 21/12/2024. Comida muito boa, bebidas de qualidade, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos, limpeza excelente, quarto espaçoso e confortável. A área da piscina e da praia são excelentes. Ficamos numa suíte com vista lateral do mar, e foi incrível.

Estadia excelente, local superou nossas expectativas, fomos muito bem recebido, quarto perfeito, arrumado e muito limpo, comida muito gostosa, bebida não falta de jeito nenhum, porém, regras são feitas para manter uma ordem e organização, então deve ser seguidas por todos, quando entramos com trajes de banho no restaurante, fomos abordados e informados que não poderíamos ficar dentro do restaurante, aceitamos e acatamos a informação, para manter a organização, mas já tinha um rapaz lá dentro sem camisa que manteve muito tempo por lá, e outro senhor que entrou e também não foi abordado em momento algum, isso me chateou um pouco, assim como também, as reservas dos restaurantes tem que ter uma estadia de a partir 4 diárias, deveria ser mais explícito, e também a possibilidade de realizar a refeição após o check out, e alguns poucos funcionários ( apenas um pra ser mais exato ), ao a gente pedir para tirar uma foto, mesmo não sendo a obrigação/função do mesmo, foi arrogante ao responder que não iria tirar a foto, que não geral não influenciaram negativamente, experiência maravilhosa, espero voltar em breve !!

Forma geral, ficamos satisfeito, uma ótima estrutura. Tem alguns pontos a ser melhorado como o horário do check-in ser as 15h00 e ainda não está pronto o quarto.
