You will park in the driveway and walk up to a southern front porch perfect to enjoy coffee or work on your laptop. The upstairs of this home is occupied. The entire downstairs is yours including a bedroom, living room with a pull out couch, dining room, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry space.
