Checking in the lobby was busy and noisy the staff was not very friendly. got to the room and the cable tv was noy working called the desk they said it would be out for a while and didn't know when it would be back on, they should have told me before i checked in I would have cancelled the room then. when I tried to cancel I was told because i booked through Expedia they couldn't cancel my reservation. i did not stay I left
