The room climate was stuffy, but overall everything was good. Keith was very accommodating. AND those warm chocolate chip cookies were delicious!!!

Decent stay but room cleanliness & staff attention

Check-in went great, the gentleman at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and quick. Unfortunately, when we came back to the hotel the next afternoon, the woman at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking loudly on her earphones the whole time, which felt unprofessional and a bit rude. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. There was hair on the floor and the edge of the tub when we arrived, and even after housekeeping came the next day, it was still there. The AC worked fine at first but seemed to stop blowing cold air midway through the night. Overall, not a terrible stay, but a few small improvements could make a big difference.

Pleasant staff. Free upgrade. Quiet and felt very safe. Unfortunately, we stopped at 2 Comfort hotels before finding the right place. There are 3 in Warner Robins and Expedia didn't actually give us the correct address.

My only issue is a gentleman was observed (I believe he was homeless) laying down under the fence out front bordering entry road and highway. He was also observed on sidewalk at the front door for several hours. There appeared to be no attempt from Hotel employees to get him to relocate. I believe this to be a safety issue.

High contact surfaces were not very clean; around door handles, walls in the bathroom, soap/shampoo dispensers for example. AC in the room was broken. Staff was friendly. Even after checkout we had some additional issues that were resolved quickly and professionally.

When my husband went to the room, someone’s luggage was already there, so they have to move my family to an adjacent building. The road noise was very loud, there were brown stains on the washcloths, and there was a roach in the room.
