Healthy breakfast options with a buffet continental style arrangement. The room has all of the basic amenities you expect in an airport hotel. The shuttle is very convenient and dropped us off at the terminal in less than 10 minutes, the reception desk asks what time and which airline you are flying with, to have the shuttle ready for you.

On my last night, while drying my hair, the electricity went out. I had to pack up all my items and move to another room. In the morning, the male server wouldn’t allow me to have coffee without paying $5.50. I told him I had purchased breakfast but he still stood over me telling me No. The lady server asked for my room number and he searched it. He comes to me after and tells me I can have coffee. This was ridiculous. I explained all this at checkout but nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Disappointing.

Not up to par with a Marriott hotel. No coffee maker in room and shuttle only ran until 2300 even though we requested a shuttle and were ready at 2310 because it took 40 minutes for our luggage to arrive at carousel. Very sterile feeling to hotel.

Staff was AMAZING! The shuttle from airport to hotel was a joke. We called several times and couldn’t get a straight answer on where to meet it. We went outside where the taxis were but no shuttle. We forced to take a cab, which was annoying because the shuttle is WHY I chose the hotel. Our hotel room was hot no air was on. The front desk guy put us in other rooms. He again was amazing!
