The location was excellent - all major attractions within 10-15 walking distance. The apartment was very nice though I have some suggestions. They should provide instructions (in Spanish and English) on how to sort and where to take trash, how to use washing machine/dryer and microwave/oven. We rented for a week and there was only towel per person - should have provided 2 sets - we were required to wash them mid-week. There was a bit of a sewage like smell in the bathroom - we just opened the window quite often to get rid of it. Finally we had to buy paper towel (none provided) and extra toilet paper - not enough provided for a one week stay. We also had some challenges with the electronic key at the front door - though they did provided an actual key which we had to use several times. All that being said, I would stay there again.

Even better than it looks

Everything was wonderful It was clean and in a good location. The host answered messages timely. I would absolutely recommend this property and would recommend looking at other properties from this host.

Modern and clean, great location, difficult operation

We stayed here 2 nights. A pleasant apartment, quiet and clean and comfortable. But the check-in was almost impossible because the “magic key” we were sent worked on the apartment door but not on the outside, street door. After we did get in, there was a key on the table that did work on the street door but when we asked for a second key we got no response. And when we asked about adjusting the temperature (it was cold), we got no response. The stove-top and the microwave/ convection oven were mystifying to elderly Americans, and there was no booklet of instructions for the apartment.

Fantastic property with amazing property management

We loved the location, the apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property managers were extremely helpful with fantastic communication.

Madrid getaway

As advertised. Good location to main train station and walkable to everything. Clean, neat property. Appliances a bit hard to figure out if not used to them. Automatic key to building did not work so we had to share one regular key with three people. Otherwise everything was good.

Was as advertised! Perfect loction to enjoy the Prado, Retiro Park and Plaza Mayor.
