Even though the hotel is located in busiest and convenient area, it was very quiet once I entered in the building. There was a lounge area that they offered free coffee, juices, fruits, and cookies. It's a very nice!

The rooms are clean however the hallways are dark, very dark. They are illuminated but it's still dark and old carpet. You have to walk to get there.. so be prepared..staff is nice but doesn't seem to go above and beyond. Area is excellent to shopping and old town. Cafeteria is nice for coffee and orange juice l... They do leave a bag of water and a donut at your door in the morning.

I had an amazing stay at BB Puerta del Sol! This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel is how super quiet it is. Despite being so close to the bustling center of the city, my room felt like an oasis of peace, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was absolutely amazing – incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it hard to leave in the morning! I woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. A lovely touch was the daily delivery of fresh bread, donuts, and water right to my door every morning. It was such a nice surprise and the perfect start to my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. They made me feel very welcome, and their warm hospitality really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Whether you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or historical sites, you're right in the heart of it all. Overall, I highly recommend BB Puerta del Sol for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay in a prime location with fantastic service!

I was taking a nap after check in and after my international flight, it was around 1pm when a housekeeping lady threw the door open and started to come in my room, it scared me and her! She did apologize. Not sure why she would be coming it to a room already cleaned and I was checked it.

We stayed at this property for its location, although it was located at the heart of everything it felt like we were staying in Times Square. Very busy and noisy, convenient to get places due to location but very busy.
