We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also excellent — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. 2nd time staying here, amazing both times. The staff is incredibly accommodating, have loads of local info. The area is central, the price is good, and very safe. The morning pastries are a nice touch, but the basement free cafe is amazing, coffee, juice, biscuits, fresh fruit, perfect! Will absolutely come back again.

An absolutely wonderful property, right in the heart of Madrid center. Next to Puerta Del Sol, tons of restaurants and shopping you could not ask for a better location! The staff is super friendly, the rooms are comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. I will 100% return!!

The only downside was the air conditioning being very hit or miss. Other than that, room was clean, and staff accommodated us very well. Location was perfect and surprisingly quiet still. Coffee bar was PERFECT! All of this plus a rooftop bar? Great stay, I will be back.
