Very good option at the heart of Madrid!!

The room was really big, clean and comfortable!!, the location is so good right next to the Puerta del Sol, it has a restaurante at the rooftop, there is a grocery store in front of the hotel, also there’s a lot of life during the day and night, I do really recommend this hotel, I will come back for sure!

I needed to leave my luggage in safekeeping because I arrived some hours before check-in time, and the staff prepared the room, so I could check in and rest after my long trip, which demonstrates the staff's level of professionalism and empathy for their guests.
