セルフチェックインで現地にはスタッフは誰もいません。アプリをダウンロードしてコードをもらうシステムです。Expediaからの支払いは宿泊日が近くならないとアプリに反映されないようです。部屋は1階で､窓の外がすぐに歩道になっていますが、特に不安はありませんでした。室内はとても綺麗でリモデルされていて、スマートテレビもあり､とても快適でした。

This place does not have receptionists- which makes me feel more like private home. Our room was facing a busy street so we could constantly see people walking outside. Also it can be quite bright at night. The room itself was very clean.

We stayed here two nights. Very convenient location, Salamanca is a great neighborhood for food & shopping options. The room was very clean, new furniture & had all the possible amenities. It’s fully self service, with door access codes, no front desk or staff, which we didn’t mind. Highly recommend

おすすめです

北部からバラハス空港へ行く際に利用しました。 かなり狭く、大小4つのスーツケースがあったので動きづらくはありましたが、一泊だけなので問題なし。綺麗でシャワーの水圧も十分でした。コーヒー・紅茶のサービス（ミネラルウォーターはなし）、アイロンとアイロン台もあります。 すぐ近くに地下鉄入口があり、バスターミナルからも徒歩10分程度。大通り沿いなので周辺に飲食店やスーパーも多く、便利です。もちろん通りの音も聞こえますが、許容範囲内でした。 予約後にする入室手続きで、支払い済みのはずが支払うよう指示がきました。 不審に思い通話で問い合わせたところ、サイトとの同期のタイミングが合っておらず、フォーマットが未払い状態で送信されるとのこと。宿泊者情報の入力以外は無視してよいそうです。 レセプションがないので少々心配でしたが、担当の女性はとても感じがよく、丁寧でした。

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti presso la struttura e ci ha sorpreso che la pulizia era davvero ottima e la struttura è completamente nuova e ristrutturata. Il check in è stato molto semplice (a parte la firma e il link che abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualche giorno prima di avere l'accesso all' app). Posizione ottima vicina alla metro e a supermercati, negozi e ristoranti.
