Enttäuschende Wohnung. Bei Problemen wir man ignoriert.

Die Wohnung ist im sehr schlechten Zustand. Als wir an der Ferienunterkunft ankamen wurden wir sehr schnell und unfreundlich empfangen. Die Schlüssel wurden uns übergeben und nur kurz auf die Regeln hingewiesen. Die Gastgeber sprechen kaum bis gar kein Englisch! Nachdem wir die Wohnung begutachtet haben, haben wir sehr schnell die vielen Mängel festgestellt. Die Couch war komplett zerrissen, das Grundgestell des Bettes (eine Art Matratze) komplett mit Flecken voll, die Küche mit vielen Brandflecken auf der Arbeitsfläche und die Schränke der Küche sind teilweise auseinander gefallen. Das schlimmste war aber der beißende Zigaretten Geruch der sich eingehängt hat OBWOHL es sich um eine NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG handelt. Nach etlichen vergeblichen Versuchen den Eigentümern zu erreichen und langen Telefonaten mit FeWo, die hier bis zum Schluss nicht wirklich hilfreich waren, wurde uns eine Nachbesserung innerhalb von 24 Stunden versprochen. Dies wurde nur bedingt eingehalten. Da nur der Überzug der Couch und die Schränke repariert wurden. Sowohl der Rauchgestank als auch das Bett nicht wurden nicht ausgebessert. Nach einem weiterem Anruf zu einem Angestellten des Eigentümers, der die Sache weiter für uns klären wollte wurden wir komplett ignoriert. Sowohl Anrufe als auch WhatsApp Nachrichten wurden nicht beantwortet. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von FeWo, dass wir so behandelt worden sind und nicht gehört worden sind.
