Hotel is tucked away near Prosperidad Metro station. School nearby. Many small but excellent shops and restaurants are nearby on Lopez de Hoya Calle and on Corizin de Maria. Recommend Galacian Rsstaurant, “Rias Barjas” for authentic decor and meats you cook yourself on a super hot stone block. Excellent service and ambiance. Great wine selection! Nit cheap but great value for the prices. It too is tucked away off the main thoroughfares but highly worth seeking out ! Second time we have stayed at this nice hotel.

The room was a great size, perfect for the 3 of us! Nice to have the space, included a kitchenette and dining area, ample closet space and nice view. The only issue was some parts of the bathroom. The sink took a long time to drain whenever you had the faucet on, and there was no way to change the shower to have the water go into the handheld device, it only came down as if filling the bath tub. Bathroom was dated but besides that the rest was good. Easy check in and friendly.

Room a little dated but spotlessly clean and the daily service was excellent. Bed mattresses and bedding were good quality, which for me is really important and meant we slept well. Shower was also notably good. Even if it didn’t look plush, the water pressure was strong and the water always hot. Only thing I felt was missing was a coffee machine or kettle to boil water for a morning brew. I'd heartily recommend this hotel so long as you're looking for great value comfort and not something shiny and new.

The place is €33 from madrid airport by taxi. To go to the city center is 45 minutes by bus from prosperidad but much quicker if using metro. Reception staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean it’s just the bathroom/toilet is out dated and located in front of one of the beds. Squicky door and no noise control. Wifi is good. Breakfast could be better. Staff in the dining room is not smiling at all maybe bcoz she’s alone every morning, understaff probably.

Very clean place. The room we got as a family of 3 was spacious and had kitchenette. Staff was nice and friendly. We needed to be close to the airport and it is also close to a metro station.

Unfortunately, I chose to pay at the premises, and the money was collected 5 days before without any notification, and it wasn't specified on the reservation; other than that, everything was nice and good. Great hotel, highly recommended.
