Perfect location for our Madrid adventure! With Plaza de España a few steps away, the playground was our kids favorite place! A short walk to the Royal Palace, Madrid Cathedral, shopping and many other sites. There’s also the free bus 001? on Gran Via to take you to the Museo del Prado and other sites. We would stay in this location and apartment again!

We stayed at the top floor unit with the terrace and we had a fantastic stay. Tons of amenities such as parks and shopping within 5-10 minutes walk, restaurants and bars just steps outside of the front door. Check in was quick and easy. The space was perfect for our group of four - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Excelente apartamento con una ubicación inmejorable en Madrid. Super cómodo somos una familia de 5 con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos todo muy nuevo, moderno y cálido. The apartment was exceptionally spacious and conveniently located, with easy access to Gran Via and Sol within walking distance. Although the key code provided from the instruction was incorrect, the customer service team responded promptly and resolved the issue. This is a fabulous apartment! Amazing location very close to the Metro at Plaza de Espana as well as walking to many exciting cultural sightseeing spots and extended parks!! Great grocery down the street to enjoy at your place. We highly recommend!!

The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

Lovely area and great apartment

Great apartment in convenient and well served location. Clean and modern apartment. Really enjoyed the apartment for 4 persons with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice terrace.
