Building seems a little run down but the apartment was good. They had all the amenities you need plus comfortable beds. People like to talk loud on the street. Doesnt matter what time of the day or night. Good experience overall.

Washroom would clog and the tub would fill up with everything from the plumbing. The whole suites was dirty and the sheets were not washed/cleaned.

We stayed at Gran Central Suite in Madrid and really liked it. The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The location was great, within walking distance to many tourist spots like Gran Via. The apartment was cozy and perfect for our family of three. It had enough utensils, and there was a grocery store nearby. The Noviciado metro station was just a 5-minute walk away.

Disappointing Stay – Noisy and Inconvenient If you're looking for a restful night’s sleep, avoid this place. The property has no elevator, so I had to haul my heavy luggage up to the third floor. The staff lacked the hospitality to make guests feel welcome or valued. The worst part? The noise. The property has zero noise insulation, making it impossible to sleep at night. Between the bar’s late-night deliveries, loud street cleaning at 2–3 AM, and constant chatter from the street, it felt like sleeping in the middle of a busy road. If you’re planning to sleep during the day, you might be fine. But if you need a peaceful night's sleep, stay elsewhere.
