Buen inmueble, limpio, tranquilo, buena vista si te toca de lado que da a la Gran Via supongo que es mejor, pero bien, el check out es claro que es a las 11 am y te cobran el dejar equipaje en resguardo, en un hotel la realidad es que no te cobran el resguardo, no te explican lo de los ascensores que unos cierran a las 9 pm, estan muy viejos no ubique si hay alguien de mantenimiento en su momento si te llegas a quedar atorado en el ascensor, solo te dieron las llaves y te indican donde las dejes, pero en general no tuve ningún inconveniente.
